I am a Clinical Psychologist with SYNC Psychological Services, PLLC. I have experience working with individuals experiencing mood difficulties including depression, anxiety, and anger. I have experience in assessing and treating personality related concerns, such as borderline personality disorder. I also have experience in helping clients with dissociative experiences (depersonalization, derealization). I also work with relationship and self-esteem difficulties.
I was trained in long and short-term Psychodynamic Therapy, as well as other approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT).
