I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I am working with children, adolescents, adults, and families suffering from depression, anxiety, autism, and other related disorders.
I offer treatment with emphasis on individual needs. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as a primary modality, also motivational interviewing to individualize treatments and reach the most appropriate approach, to reach wellbeing.
I have been a practicing professional for the past 6 years. Private practice is now offering virtual and in-person sessions, for clients who would like to receive services from the comfort of their home or any other place of their choice. I serve the state of Florida. I offer evening appointments for those who work during the day.
