I believe that forming a safe, non-judgmental relationship is fundamental to therapy and what guides the healing process. We work together in order to gain insight and learn healthy coping skills in managing challenges faced and the feelings associated with them. I believe that the most difficult job is working on ourselves but it is also the most rewarding.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist, and I enjoy working with individuals of all ages. I am trained Ketamine-Assisted psychotherapy as well as EMDR. I use an integrative/eclectic approach while drawing on different evidence based modalities depending on each persons unique needs. I work collaboratively with clients so they they feel empowered in their therapy journey and feel confident in reaching goals they set for themselves.

With a doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology and a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, I have actively engaged in therapy since 2007. I understand that our behaviors and self-perceptions are significantly influenced by early childhood experiences, often perpetuated by our current relationships and family dynamics. Additionally, our community and cultural backgrounds play a crucial role in shaping these perspectives and behaviors. I believe that fostering meaningful change involves creating an environment where individuals feel safe, supported, and receive honest, constructive feedback on their concerns and behaviors.
