Hi, I'm Libby! I work with children and adolescents ages 5-18, who are feeling overwhelmed by big emotions, anxiety, difficulties at school, or challenges with behavior and relationships. I love helping children feel safe, understood, and accepted for who they are. In our work together, children will learn to express themselves through play, art, or simply being themselves, while practicing new tools to navigate life with more confidence. My goal is to create a warm, nurturing space where they feel seen, families feel supported, and clients are empowered to grow at their own pace.
With my background as a school psychologist, I can tailor therapy to each child’s needs, offering warmth, understanding, and a path toward growth. I specialize working with ADHD, Autism, behavior concerns, separation anxiety, adjusting to divorce or big life changes, and school concerns. I use play therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy in sessions.
