Post-traumatic stress and anxiety can quietly narrow your life, leaving little room for relationships, work, or rest you want. I offer trauma-informed therapy for adults who are seeking real change and post-traumatic growth. Together we work to ease the fight-or-flight response, gently process the fears it protects, and rebuild a steady sense of hope. I bring an empathic, goal-oriented presence and respect for the courage it takes to begin this work.
I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to provide brief, trauma-informed psychotherapy, integrated with cognitive behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and mindfulness. My work helps clients understand and accept their emotional experience while building practical skills for self-management and lasting change.
I am a veteran and a trauma survivor myself. The compassion of others helped me move toward healing, and supporting others through that same work is what I find most meaningful.
