I’m honored to support couples and adults (16+) navigating disconnection, communication challenges, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity questions, or cultural and systemic stressors. Many come seeking deeper understanding, emotional safety, and stronger connection with themselves or their partner. Some want relief from past wounds or tools to manage stress and relationships more effectively. I offer a grounded, trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirmative space where your lived experience is honored and healing can unfold at your pace—in both English and Spanish.
I help work through trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, & life transitions by supporting both emotional insight and nervous system regulation. I use somatic approaches like Sensorimotor Psychotherapy & Somatic Experiencing to help you feel more grounded, build resilience, improve communication, and create meaningful, lasting change at your pace.
