Arlinda D Lindsay, MSW, MDiv, LCSW, LCAC, Clinical Social Work/Therapist in Indianapolis
Welcome to Agape Empowerment Counseling Services, a faith-based private practice that provides quality, confidential, and professional counseling. Whether you are struggling with an emotional, relational, or spiritual issue, I will help you uncover your true potential and lead you toward a path of empowerment, growth, and healing. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will change self-defeating beliefs and negative thought patterns that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
I like to use a holistic approach including the spiritual, emotional, and mental being. My goal is to help you attain personal growth and build on your strength in a therapeutic setting that is compassionate, encouraging, and inspiring.
I have a passion for helping individuals and families with caregivers related stress/anxieties from caring for elderly parents with Alzheimers.
