I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Play Therapist (RPT) in the state of Texas. Throughout my career, I have worked with adults navigating life adjustments, depression, PTSD, trauma, domestic abuse, and recovering from sexual abuse. As a play therapist, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children in public schools and foster care who are dealing with ADHD, adjustment disorders, trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and behavioral challenges.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Excelsior University while serving on active duty and completed my Master of Arts in Counseling and Play Therapy certification from Regis University in Denver, CO. My approach is person-centered, focusing on building a trusting and supportive relationship grounded in genuine concern for your needs.
