I work with people who want support with anxiety, life transitions, past trauma and those who have a desire to know themselves in a deeper way. In therapy we create a space and relationship that allows your fears, desires, and pain to emerge. Much of our pain is not just individual, but is connected to our collective and ancestral histories. Acknowledging this larger context can help bring insight and compassion, and restore a sense of belonging. Therapy is also a space to learn to listen to what is trying to emerge from within yourself for the future. Therapy provides a space to protect and nurture new growth and possibilities.
My style is warm, approachable, collaborative, intuitive and archetypal. I'm trained primarily in depth psychology, and specifically in the tradition of Carl G. Jung. I encourage clients to bring their night dreams to therapy as they are an invaluable source from the unconscious that can give direction for our work, support growth, and illuminate meaning.
