I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist specializing in treating Anxiety and OCD & Phobias in adults and teens, with a secondary focus on helping couples especially those struggling to recover from infidelity. Using evidence-based techniques, I help clients overcome symptoms, improve communication, and build stronger relationships so they can thrive.

I've been there...anxious about picking up the phone, afraid to open up to a stranger, or having tried therapy before without feeling like it helped very much. Anxiety therapy initially involves reducing negative symptoms w/a combination of breathing exercises, cognitive-behavioral interventions (looking at your thinking) and more effective interpersonal skills (like conflict resolution). Then we identify the root causes of your anxiety & work through them to make lasting change a reality. (And for phobias I'm now utilizing VR/virtual reality exposure)!
