Are you struggling to find a counselor who understands you? Are you looking for someone to talk to and hear you? Are you struggling with lack of motivation, fatigue, loneliness, feeling like a burden, and/or having difficulty completing daily tasks? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you are at the right place! I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families, via telehealth and face to face. I have provided both short-term and long-term counseling to individuals between the ages of 6 years through 68 years, with issues related to anxiety, sadness, life transitions, communication, and coping skills.
I specialize in working with adults of all ages who suffer from anxiety, sadness/depression, life transitions, relationship problems, identity struggles, and issues related to family and work life while living with chronic illness – especially autoimmune diseases. I have worked with individuals living with arthritis, lupus, POTs, and cancer.
While, therapy will not cure your chronic illness, we can work together to better manage certain aspects of your life living with chronic illness.
