I am a Christian and Licensed Professional Counselor. I am an experienced therapist who is passionate about the integrity of the marital relationship. My commitment to helping couples build a solid foundation for strong and loving marriages and to build intimate connections and resolve conflict in a manner that accomplishes lasting change, is evidenced in my work with both married couples and with individuals who are preparing for marriage. I use empirically validated treatments integrated with foundational beliefs of Christian faith.

I partner with couples to help strengthen their marriages by providing counsel using Emotionally-Focused Therapy, an empirically validated treatment approach for couples and individuals combined with biblical principles to enhance spiritual, emotional, and physical connectedness.
