I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, substance use, grief and loss, trauma, personality disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and hoarding. I am passionate about helping clients from all backgrounds find meaning, purpose, and clarity in their healing journey. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I utilize exposure therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and behavioral activation.
