My journey into therapy began with a profound fascination with the human mind and a deep-seated desire to help others navigate their emotional landscapes. I have worked for many years with trauma, binge eating related to abuse, anxiety, depression, BPD. My dedication to trauma therapy stems from a deep understanding of the profound impact trauma can have on an individual's life. I am committed to helping clients heal from their past experiences and find a path forward to a healthier, more fulfilling future.
