People come to counseling because they want something to be different in their lives. They want to change their personal or family situation, solve a particular problem, or simply bring a healthier balance to their lives.
Throughout our work together, I will make every reasonable effort to professionally facilitate the resolution of your needs and concerns. My approach to counseling is based on brief counseling, strength-based counseling, and cognitive- behavioral counseling theories, through individual and group therapy.
Therapy can be fun and exciting and at times it can be very challenging, difficult and even painful. With an authentic listening heart, I want to come alongside you, challenge you, and encourage you to find emotional, mental, physical and/or spiritual healing. My desire is to see people live as whole and healthy individuals.
