During my career, I've served individuals across the lifespan in a variety of settings (e.g. university, private practice, hospital, community mental health, medical clinic/integrated care), and with a diversity of concerns to include, depression/anxiety, psychosis, family/relationship and couple/marriage concerns, ADHD, parenting, stress management, conflict resolution, trauma, addictions & substance abuse, grief, compassion fatigue, and many other challenges.
My approach is empathic, holistic, interactive and strengths based. I believe in your ability to choose your path and will compassionately help you through the process of recovery/healing. Although I draw upon many evidenced based theories, I most often utilize rational emotive-behavioral, insight oriented, solutions focused & dialectical behavioral therapy.
