As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe in providing an empathetic and non-judgmental experience throughout the therapy process. I offer compassionate support and guidance to individuals, couples, and families. I have additional training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and EFIT and am a member of ICEEFT. I am also a Prepare-Enrich Facilitator and Gottman Level 1 & 2 certified. I have experience helping with a range of presenting concerns including relational issues, infidelity, intimacy, infertility, anxiety, life transitions, family conflict, and parenting.
