I am a Senior Clinical Therapist at the Arizona Marriage and Family Therapy clinic, where I am trained in working with individuals, couples and families. I have received extended training in Gottman and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I create a safe and judgment free space to openly discuss challenging issues. I firmly believe that my clients are the experts of their own lives and experiences but sometimes get stuck. I am dedicated to helping clients feel comfortable and supported while navigating challenges such as: depression, anxiety, attachment/relationship issues, family difficulties, parenting, communication and conflict.
In my practice I find it most effective to collaborate with my client to determine goals for therapy. I am fluent in Spanish and am proud to offer therapy to individuals, couples and families in English, Spanish, or both.
