Hello, My name is Aritcela Vega. I've been a marriage family therapist for the past 11 years. During the past 11 years, I've worked with a variety of different ages and cultures. I've also worked with a wide range of symptoms from anxiety, depression, grief and loss and trauma to name a few. My approach in therapy is working with my client to make sure they feel supported and in a safe space in therapy. My clinical experience is working with any individual that is willing to be open to therapy. I have experience working with a wide range of clients stemming from children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
My approach in therapy is making sure my clients feel validated and supported and my approach is different based on each individual and on their experience. Some of the theoretical approaches I like to utilize are strength focused and working with clients to build on a clients' own inner strengths instead of trying to fix weaknesses or deficits.
My tone/environment I create with my clients is a space where they feel comfortable working with me. My clients know that this not only a job for me but that I have passion to work with clients and that I truly care about them.
