I have worked in underserved communities, intensive treatment facilities, domestic violence shelters, & mental health clinics. I am a LGBTQIA ally. I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, & Mindfulness Practice.
