We believe that our humanness is rooted in being motivated toward growth and restoration and that in that process, there likely will be some friction or resistance. That’s where we help you navigate whatever phase you find yourself in. We further belief in the power of choice, autonomy, authenticity, hope, and dialectics. We believe you are both completely wonderful as you are and, simultaneously, have the capacity for evolution. Additionally, we believe that you are the expert of your life and the navigator of your therapy. Our clinicians are simply in the passenger seat equipping you with new tools to arrive at your destination.
Our Team
Two words: life happens! Therapy helps us live more purposeful, self-aware lives. There is nothing sweeter, to us, than healing trauma and breaking chains. Trauma seeps through many aspects of our lives, and if we're not careful, can drastically alter our response to the world around us. It is important to move toward existing in the world the way we choose to exist, not what's projected onto us. Also, life happens in the context of relationships; therefore, couples therapy sets our soul ablaze. Couples seeking to grow or overcome obstacles is incredibly intimate work. We are honored to walk alongside and help heal your covenant.

Trauma impacts our ability to foster and maintain relationships. It frequently impacts us in the domains of trust, safety, esteem, power & control and intimacy. Resolving trauma often leads to our ability to live a more fulfilled life, which is my primary goal in therapy. I believe that we have the ability to choose how to resolve our own problems and can make our own decisions with the assistance of an empathetic facilitator. I also believe that self-awareness is key to developing purpose, direction, and motivation necessary for change, and my approach will provide you with methods to solve problems utilizing your own strengths.

As a clinician, it brings me joy to watch others get excited about life again – to learn the fine details about oneself, reject false ideas, and unlock parts that have been inaccessible for far too long. While speaking your deepest fears, hopes, thoughts, and needs aloud can feel daunting, I am here to ensure that your journey is more than just talk—it is a safe, empowering, and deeply transformative experience. There is a vibrant version of you just beneath the surface, waiting for permission to explore, the courage to heal, and the space to create.

What if therapy weren't intimidating but felt like a casual conversation with an old friend? We all get stuck in life and often simply don't know where to start. We endure stress, anxiety, and in many seasons, we simply feel a nudge to work on ourselves. In these times, the last thing we want is to talk to someone we don't know or feel like we are visiting a doctor! I pride myself on building a gentle, compassionate, and insightful rapport with my clients and will custom-tailor an approach that is the perfect fit for you. There is no "one size fits all" approach to life, so why do we so often see this in therapy?
