As an EMDR Consultant in Training and a compassionate trauma specialist, I am here to support professional women, leaders, and new EMDR therapists on their healing journeys. My mission is to help you rediscover the true wisdom of your intuition while releasing the lingering effects of past trauma. With over 12 years of experience in mental health, I know how heavy unresolved pain can feel, whether from anxiety, addiction, or difficult childhood experiences. Seeking Safety For Women
Seeking Safety is a skills-based group open to all interested women that is offered bi-weekly on Monday's from 6:15 p.m.–7:15 p.m. CST. Participants strengthen their spiritual, physical and emotional safety by learning science-based techniques such as boundary setting in relationships, asking for help, taking back your power, coping with triggers, and creating meaning and purpose. Participants will gain: The ability to identify triggers to emotional responses and build and strengthen a toolbelt of coping strategies to effectively manage challenging symptoms and experiences.
