This can range from thriving in their career, relationships, or physical health; to healing burnout, processing trauma, and building skills to better handle life transitions. I enjoy working with clients wanting to discover their identity outside of perfectionism, people-pleasing, hopelessness, and overthinking. These are coping strategies but are not the core of who you are as a person.
Having been trained in Level I and II EMDR, I am able to offer my clients this specialized treatment modality inviting them to reprocess Trauma on a deeper level. The mind body connection naturally gravitates towards healing and EMDR is an integration of neuropsychology, technique modality, and health.
