As a passionate LPC-MHSP, I have experience working with individuals overcoming; Trauma, depression, anxiety and panic attacks, sexual assault, grief/loss, divorce adjustment, addiction/recovery, spiritual identity issues, conflict resolution, individual relationship issues, self-esteem, identity work, and perfectionism.
Having been trained in Level I and II EMDR, I am able to offer my clients this specialized treatment modality inviting them to reprocess Trauma on a deeper level. The mind body connection naturally gravitates towards healing and EMDR is an integration of neuropsychology, technique modality, and health.
