I approach therapy utilizing CBT techniques and strengths-based approach in a culturally sensitive environment.
I received my Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Illinois U-C and Masters in Clinical-Counseling Psychology from Illinois State University. I've worked with clients ranging in age from 4 to 70+ for a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, bipolar disorder, LGBTQ+ issues, and life changes among others.
