About
As a therapist, it's my job to walk beside you, listen to your struggles and dreams, and discover paths leading to what you believe will best help you achieve your goals. I will be your support through this part of your journey, whether it's recovery from trauma, gender transition, family struggles, or identifying ways to live a fulfilling, mentally healthy life.
All people are affected by our own personal system-our experiences, our surroundings, and other people in our lives. Together we'll explore ways that your relationships with the important people and institutions in your life have impacted the way you move in the world and interact with others.
I am trained in experiential and narrative family therapy. I specialize in working with transgender clients, using play therapy to work through difficult conversations, and helping parents develop skills and strategies to combat their child's defiant behaviors. I work with clients from all walks of life and am an LGBTQIA+ friendly provider.
