I am an EMDR-trained therapist who specializes in working with individuals navigating substance use, PTSD and a wide range of trauma-related experiences. I understand how deeply trauma can shape the way we see ourselves others and the world and I strive to create a safe grounded space where healing can begin. In my work I integrate EMDR with a parts-informed perspective recognizing that many of our behaviors especially those we struggle with serve a protective or meaningful purpose. I help clients explore the different parts of themselves with curiosity instead of criticism so they can better understand their internal experiences.
