Finding the therapist that gets your experiences as a Veteran or First Responder probably feels like another exhausting task. You’ve been anxious and angry for way too long. You thought you were doing "all the right things" and don't understand why you're still feeling this way. There are days you think you have it together but most of the time you know you don't. You put on a smile for everyone but you're really unhappy inside and feel completely disconnected. You're tired of feeling miserable, exhausted and confused. You're at a complete loss of what to do anymore. You know this isn't you. You're ready to make a change.

You want to laugh, feel confident at work, connected to your partner and feel like you again. You're hopeful counseling can help. When you see me, you will feel free to express yourself, exactly as you are. I'm often told clients don’t feel judged and are understood for the first time. Clients appreciate my direct but down to down to earth approach.
