I focus on creating a neuroqueer-affirming space where individuals can deconstruct old narratives and rebuild a stronger foundation of self. My clients seek art therapy and neuro-affirming assessments because they've often felt unseen with talk-based therapies rooted in dominant culture ideas of "success" and "normalcy". Ultimately, most folks want to feel more safe in their ability to live authentically, and thus, sustainably.

I am a board-certified art therapist with ongoing training and a passion for providing art therapy and neurodiversity-affirming ADHD and autism assessments from an intersectional lens. In addition to my education, training, and professional experience, I also have lived experience as an AuDHD and queer, non-binary human that informs my clinical practice.
Self-work can be hard, but seeking a more easeful life experience is a sign of your courage and resilience. If you would like a collaborative partner in therapy or are curious to explore ADHD and/or Autism assessment, please reach out for a free consultation, especially if you've found it challenging to connect with mental health providers in the past.
