About

Queer trauma therapy for curious minds: I want to help you find that sense of belonging & trust within yourself and in your relationships, and lean into curiosity & compassion for all your parts, so that you can be seen, heard, & validated. I provide compassionate, trauma-aware, attachment-focused therapy to help clients heal from trauma, manage their ADHD, and reduce anxiety.
I am trained specifically as a trauma therapist, and like focusing on building coping skills for right now, understanding how you're affected by what's happened to you and helping you figure out ways to solve the challenges of the future with curiosity and compassion.
You deserve to feel at home with yourself and with others, and you can get there. Together, we’ll work on finding curiosity and compassion for all of your parts. You don’t have to do this alone. I want to help you find that sense of belonging & trust within yourself. Reach out today for a free consultation: I can't wait to meet you.
