About
Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck? Perhaps struggling with certain relationships in your life? If so, I can help. Through therapy we can explore the patterns, thoughts, beliefs and behaviors that shape your world and help you identify and challenge areas that are holding you back.
While I treat a variety of personal and interpersonal issues, I have a special interest in helping undergraduate and graduate level students cope with anxiety, self-esteem challenges, and relationship issues. I use an integrative model, collaborating with you to develop individualized treatment plans to address your specific goals.
I am also a certified yoga instructor and enjoy incorporating mindfulness, and yoga into the therapeutic relationship when appropriate. Call or e-mail me today with any questions. I am happy to talk to you to figure out what counseling option is best for you. I am currently accepting new Telehealth clients available for video sessions when appropriate.
