I've served hundreds of people who care deeply about the world and others, but often feel anxious, fearful, dissociated, or dissatisfied with themselves, their relationships, and overall lives. This is often influenced by past trauma, painful relationship experiences, stress, and oppressive social forces. Folks often work through things with me they've hesitated exploring, such as childhood abuse, sexual assault, relational violence, complex grief, and non-ordinary state experiences. I am passionate about helping people heal the root of these challenges to reclaim their embodied, authentic sense of personal power and confidence.
As a trauma-sensitive somatic therapist, I offer a warm, supportive space for us to explore your inner landscape, build awareness around specific pain left from past and present experiences, and partner with your nervous system's natural capacity to heal to promote a lasting sense of safety, empowerment, and confidence within your body, mind, and spirit.
Setting out to heal ourselves can feel quite daunting at times. It is my mission to bring a greater sense of support and ease to those ready and committed to doing the deep and beautiful work necessary to heal themselves and create more of the same within the world around them.
