I have devoted my practice to supporting teens and their families through one of the most tumultuous times of their life.
Using a strength-focused and person-centered approach to therapy, I empower my clients to find their voice and support them as they develop coping skills, process their emotions, and grow into their genuine self. My areas of focus include self-harming behaviors, low self esteem, depression, anxiety, substance use, and LGBTQIA+ identity exploration.
I work collaboratively and creatively to best support my clients and their families, and I believe that the most powerful vehicle for healing is the therapeutic relationship, not solely a diagnosis.
