I work with a variety of women who may have an underlying diagnosis like anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, bipolar, OCD, and ADHD. If you're struggling with a loss of self, we need to talk. I help women who may be going through menopause, PCOS, intimacy challenges, loss of a loved one, career change, or loss of interest in things. There's not a treatment that fits all so I tailor my approach to meet your needs. We will come up with a plan together. My approach is empathetic and culturally sensitive to uphold my client's values and beliefs.

I'm validating, client-centered, and direct to meet your needs and goals. There are no quick fixes but developing life skills can improve your overall well-being. I offer a safe platform where my clients are finally heard and validated. I believe that everyone has truth within themselves to unlock questions and dispose of disbeliefs.

I work mostly with clients who have anxiety, depression, or women's issues. I typically use a psychodynamic approach to look at repressed memories to see how past experiences are presently showing up. My approach is warm, empathetic, and validating. Most of my clients will start to see a gradual lift of their symptoms within the first month.
