I use a variety of approaches in my work to support my clients and offer them a more awakened and fulfilling life. I use a variety of evidenced-based therapy approaches. My background is in life coaching. I offer a coaching approach but with a clinical edge.
I started at a hospital system treating a variety of disorders. My clients tend to be perfectionists and have a hard time making mistakes. They may be anxious on a consistent basis and feel overwhelmed. They know they want to feel better and make changes, but they don't know where to start.
My approach is warm and empathetic. I try to adapt my approach to meet my client's needs.
