Hello! Happy to see you here. Whatever it is you're navigating, let's talk about it! I work primarily with emerging adults and adults. I strive to act as a guide and supportive presence, creating a safe foundation for you to begin this therapeutic adventure. If you are interested in exploring all parts of yourself and finding compassion and resilience within, I would be honored to embark on that journey with you. I enjoy helping people find their path and gain insight into the power they have within themselves to generate change and self-acceptance.
I offer an open heart and an open mind when it comes to therapeutic relationships. I use a humanistic and holistic approach to therapy, with the option to use expressive art therapy if that feels appropriate or desired. I work with individuals to build a solid rapport and create a safe environment to explore needs and desire for growth together.
I am dedicated to meeting individuals where they are without judgment. I work in collaboration with you in order to determine the best course for therapy and identify how I can be most beneficial.
