I am a licensed clinical psychologist in New York, with specialization in the treatment of anxiety and depression in children, adolescents, young adults, and families. Other areas of specialty include providing parenting support and helping young adults navigate major transitions and reach appropriate milestones. I primarily work from a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) model with the inclusion of dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills; however, I value flexibility in my approach to best meet your needs. I hope to empower you with the skills to face challenges and make helpful change in your life.
I offer individual and family therapy, as well as consultation services. I'm also an Assistant Attending Psychologist and Assistant Professor of Psychology at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical College.
With my experience and training, I can help you develop more effective coping skills and feel more in control. Please reach out for a free brief consultation call to discuss my approach and your treatment goals to determine collaboratively if we would be a good fit with one another.
