Based in Boca Raton, Florida, I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors.
My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space for you to express yourself fully and grow through our conversations. I use empathetic listening combined with a variety of techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy to help you to heal and gain new skills to cope moving forward in life.
