Postpartum ADHD Therapy Group for New Moms in NYC
A therapy group for postpartum moms with ADHD who want space for both honest processing and practical skills. We’ll talk about overstimulation, emotional intensity, executive functioning struggles, anxiety, guilt, identity shifts, relationship stress, intrusive thoughts, resentment, and the pressure to “hold it all together.” The group draws from DBT, mindfulness, and neurodiversity-affirming therapy, with a focus on emotion regulation, distress tolerance, communication, self-compassion, nervous system support, and realistic coping tools for early motherhood. The goal is to feel less alone, better understood, and more equipped.

Pregnancy with ADHD Therapy Group
Weekly virtual therapy group for pregnant women with ADHD who want both processing and practical skills. Pregnancy can be especially hard on an ADHD brain: medication decisions, hormones, sensory sensitivity, executive functioning, anxiety, emotional intensity, masking/unmasking, shifting capacity, and preparing for a baby can all feel overwhelming. This neurodiversity-affirming group offers space to discuss what others may not understand while building skills for regulation, communication, coping, planning, relationships, work, appointments, and getting support in ways that fit your brain. Meets Tuesdays. Closed group, max 8 members, with openings every 6 weeks.
