Ariele is a trauma-informed therapist who believes healing begins in the body.
Ariele is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor, as well as a Board-Certified Dance/Movement Therapist. Ariele understands that trauma is not just a story held in the mind—it is an experience stored in the body. Many of her clients come to therapy feeling stuck in survival mode: overwhelmed, disconnected, hypervigilant, shut down, or caught in patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, or self-doubt.
That’s why my approach integrates mind and body. In our work together, we may use somatic awareness, grounding and movement-based interventions, trauma-informed CBT, mindfulness, breathwork, and parts-work to help you regulate your nervous system and process experiences safely and gradually. You don’t have to retell every detail to heal. We go at your pace.
