As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) with the utilization of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, I offer both Individual and Couples Counseling to those impacted by sexual addiction/betrayal. Through the course of treatment, Individuals are guided through the path to Healing, Recovery and Connection.

Recovery Group for Men struggling with Sexually Obsessive/Compulsive Behaviors and Intrusive thoughts, looking to Understand, Process and Heal the system through their individualized Road to Recovery. Through the course of 12-weeks, each individual strives to work towards their individualized therapeutic goals. Utilizing Dr. Patrick Carnes, Ph.D, 30-Task Model approach, fellows will focus on three primary areas: Behavioral Interventions and Relapse Prevention; Establishing Core Resiliency and Personal Development; Forming Healthy Relationship Competencies. Healing Betrayed Partners of Sex Addiction

In this 15 weeks women Therapy Group for Healing Betrayed Partners of Sex Addicts, partners will gain peer support from fellow women in a safe and judgement free space. Partners will gain tools and resources for navigating the impact of betrayal trauma through healthy boundaries and communication. Participants will utilize Facing Heartbreak Workbook by Dr. Stefanie Carnes and Mari Lee.
