My clientele spans all ages, teens, young adults, and adults. Clients come to me because they are struggling with a symptom calling them to begin examining their lives. My clients struggle with anxiety, depression, family conflict, disordered eating, or difficulty allowing closeness in their relationships.
My approach is warm, accepting and interactive. My focus is to try to ask the right questions so that the clients can find the answers inside, thereby creating a space for my clients to be their authentic selves. My goal in therapy is to get my clients to sit, feel, experience their emotions and to help equip my clients with the skills needed.
My focus of concentration and training include both clinical trauma and adolescent therapy. As a multiracial therapist of color I work to bring a multi-cultural approach to my work and our practice. I work to addresses any environmental, racial, intergenerational, and ancestral traumas experienced by the client.
