While we are exploring the root of your concerns, I will be providing you with interventions to start finding immediate relief. I have worked in the mental health field for 10 years. I have experience with children, adolescents, adults, couples as well as providing family therapy techniques.
I understand life gets busy and we have limited free time to focus on ourselves, however I can provide you with HIPPA compliant virtual sessions, or in person sessions depending on your preference!
