I use an integrative approach, focusing on your needs, your strengths and blending evidence-based strategies such as M-CBT, ACT and interpersonal connection. I believe in a supportive, collaborative therapy experience that feels empowering. I also provide skill-based techniques for specific anxiety disorders, including E/RP for OCD and social anxiety.
Learning about yourself, your values and how you want to connect with your life all leads to a feeling of more control. I believe that even in our hardest times, we all have strengths to build upon. I work with you to increase your awareness of your thoughts, your body and how to feel more connected to both. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
