Life can be exhausting at times. It is easy to be overwhelmed or get stuck in a cycle of worries. Playing back the tapes of the past, who we have been, what we did or didn’t do. Other times we find ourselves over-preparing for the future. Anticipating the bad before we need to. Add a chronic condition, it can feel unbearable.
I am committed to creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe enough to try new things. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, or chronic pain my approach to therapy is rooted in helping you build a skill set where you can navigate life's challenges
I work hard to foster a nurturing environment where you can take risks, make mistakes, and learn to trust yourself. Therapy with me balances acceptance with challenge. Change isn't easy, but we feel safe we are capable of amazing things. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness Interventions.
I believe in your inherent worth and your ability to overcome obstacles. If you choose to work with me, together, we will work toward fostering emotional well-being, resilience, and a life that feels fulfilling and authentic to you. I hope to be a part of your journey, and hope to walk alongside you.
