I meet clients where they are at by building upon existing strengths and providing a nonjudgmental space for self-exploration and growth. I value empathy, curiosity, and humor in my practice. The foundation of my work uses person-centered and relational therapy techniques. I will also incorporate CBT, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and trauma-informed care. My therapeutic approach is for those looking for support, alternate perspectives, and accountability.
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults for individual therapy. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stressors, life transitions, confidence, and self-esteem concerns.
If you think we may be a good fit and would like further information, please feel free to send me an email or give me a call. I offer free 15 minute phone or video consultations. I look forward to connecting!
