Counseling is a collaborative process. In my private practice I work with adolescents, young adults and adults. I believe in an empathetic, non judgmental approach to helping clients understand their behaviors and patterns. I specialize in working with clients using a somatic approach to heal from past traumas and feel present and restored.
I use various treatment modalities in conjunction with a clients need. By providing a safe environment clients and I will collaborate a deeper understanding of their thoughts and feelings. I teach clients to become observers of their thoughts and feelings in effort to respond instead of react.
My sessions are used to explore the uncomfortable feelings that drive behaviors. I promise to treat you with respect, compassion and genuine concern. We will work together to understand patterns from your past in effort to overcome and move forward. My approach is supportive and collaborative.
