I love working with college aged and adult women living with chronic conditions such as endometriosis, EDS/hypermobility, POTS, MCAS, autoimmune conditions and chronic pelvic pain. I am a licensed mental health counselor at New York Women's CBT, a group practice in New York specialized in working with women navigating women's health issues such as chronic illness, chronic pelvic pain, infertility, pregnancy loss, birth trauma and medical trauma. We utilize a trauma informed approach, using CBT, DBT, ACT and EMDR tools to thrive.

I’m here because I get it. This calling became deeply personal when I began experiencing chronic illness symptoms in college. I offer a safe, empathetic, and collaborative space where you can navigate the complexities of living with chronic illness, learn therapeutic tools to nurture a sense of safety and connection, and move towards a meaningful life.

Join our online therapy group to gain support and therapeutic tools rooted in CBT, DBT and ACT to help prepare for endometriosis excision surgery or hysterectomy due to adenomyosis, navigate life after surgery and learn to thrive even alongside pain.
