I have expertise working with substance use/addiction, complex trauma, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, mood disorders, and LGBTQIA+ folks. I utilize a trauma-informed psychodynamic approach with tailored interventions.
My style is best described as warm, playful, with a gift for compassionately calling you on your BS. Together, we will explore areas where you feel misalignment and develop strategies for shifting thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve you.
