Welcome! I am Accepting New Clients! My therapy dog Wilma and I work together with older teenagers (16+) and adults using a combination of talk-based (such as unlearning negative self-speech) and somatic body-based (things like grounding to calm the body) interventions to address issues holistically while respecting your authority and expertise on your lived experiences. I work with all general mental health issues, along with autism, ADHD, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I strive to facilitate a safe, anti-racist, queer-allied, collaborative, accessible space, and I welcome feedback on how I can help make therapy accessible for you.
I have worked within community mental health agencies, the local public school system, and an inpatient facility, and I have lived experience as a full-time caregiver, a member of the queer community, and an Air Force veteran. Reaching out is the first step, I look forward to hearing from you!

I help in a variety of ways - I can offer physical support like hugs or laying on your lap, I am a great listener if you just want to share your thoughts with me without touching, and I am also happy to nap in my crate if you aren’t in the mood for extra company during your therapy session.
