I have over a dozen years of experience in the field of mental health. I’ve been a teacher, an advocate, an inpatient and outpatient counselor. I’m trained in a variety of theoretical orientations including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and provide individual, marriage, and family counseling. I am a wife, sister, daughter, step-mother and a fur-momma.
Whatever you are going through, I’m open to helping you grow through it. For a lot of clients, the hardest part is scheduling the first counseling appointment or starting over with a new therapist. I try to make this as easy as possible.
